Broken bracket was replaced

Problem:

Customer was not able to upgrade to new mailboxes for financial reasons. Their existing mailboxes were in bad shape, ie. doors falling off, missing pins, bent out of shape, no stopper and more...

Course of action:

We examined the box, and due to certain crucial spots being in decent shape, the unit was salvageable.  We rebuilt the unit, into good working order.

Problem:

One of our regular customers called in saying there was an emergrency.  The mailbox bracket that holds the postal lock in this vertical unit broke off. The mailman would no longer deliver to the building.

Course of action: we called the local post office and notified them that the mailbox would be fixed in exactly two days.  We opened the mailbox, took it back with us to the shop. There were installed a new and improved bracket.
